Staying Healthy Just Got Easier!
The RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness (CHW) is an 86,000-square-foot medically-based fitness, rehabilitation and education center located at 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Mercerville, NJ.
The CHW offers state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular equipment; an aquatic center with a Jr. Olympic, therapy and spa pools; physical, occupational and speech therapy; nutrition programs and counseling; exercise physiologists and certified personal trainers; the Healthy Cooking Kitchen which hosts interactive cooking demos; massage therapy and spa services; a healthy café; and child care.
The Medical Advisory Panel (MAP), a group of RWJ Hamilton physicians representing multiple specialties, oversees the content of educational programs at the CHW. MAP physicians often teach or participate in classes. Nurses, registered dietitians and nutritional counselors are on staff and offer fitness and health risk assessments, screenings, classes and programs.
